From the one who teaches to the one who listens:
Elzi Costta’s journey
For many years, my voice has been — and still is — that of someone who teaches.
As a teacher, I have been in the place of transmitting knowledge —
of structured language, content, books, and ways of explaining the world.
Over time, something within me began to shift.
Life led me to another place of experience: that of listening.
—
My path has been marked by profound experiences of loss.
Grief, for a long time, appeared as silence, emptiness, and restlessness.
And it was along this path that an inner movement emerged:
not only to live the pain, but to seek to understand it.
—
Today, I am continuing my studies in the fields of Psychology and Psychoanalysis.
These studies do not replace my work as an educator,
but expand and deepen the way I understand the human experience.
—
Escuta Alma arises from this ongoing journey.
A space where my experience with language,
my current studies, and a careful approach to listening come together.
—
I do not provide clinical care.
This is a space for reflection and presence —
an invitation for each person to come closer to themselves
with greater awareness, respect, and depth.
And from here,
you may return to the beginning
or follow other paths.
