Where the unconscious meets the sacred — and the encounter begins within you.
This is a space for pause and deep immersion.
Escuta Alma arises from the meeting between the depth of listening and the sensitivity to the unseen.
Because there is no true freedom when the mind remains bound to what has not been processed.
And there is no deep listening when the mystery of being is ignored.
If you feel lost, going through loss, or facing a void that is difficult to name,
perhaps your pain does not need quick answers.
Perhaps it needs space.
Listening.
Presence.
Here, it is not about leading paths,
but about holding a space where something may gradually reveal itself.
I am Elzi Costta.
And this is an invitation —
not to answers,
but to an encounter.
Breathe and enter.
Feel what the soul is trying to say.
You may begin wherever it feels most meaningful — or simply allow something to find you now.
This is a space to move through what, many times, we cannot immediately name:
anxiety, grief, relationships that hurt, repeating patterns, silences that weigh heavily.
Here, these themes are not treated as problems to be solved, but as experiences that call for listening.
Envy, guilt, boundaries, emptiness, bonds, pain — each of these is an entry point.
But none of them is the end.
They lead to something deeper: the way you feel, interpret, and live what happens.
This is not a space for quick answers.
It is a space to listen to yourself with greater truth.
There are moments in life when something shifts within — even when everything on the outside seems the same.
This is not a space for distant ideas, but for real experiences of passage.
Here, the portals are not themes. They are processes.
They are the points where life calls for change, where old ways no longer sustain, and where you find yourself between what has been and what you still do not know how it will become.
Some call this a crisis. Others call it an awakening.
Here, we call it a portal of the journey.
A space to recognize, understand, and move through these moments with greater awareness and listening.
The subtle dimension of experience also needs care.
This space brings together practices that work with energy, intention, and protection — not as fixed formulas, but as symbolic and spiritual ways to reorganize the field.
Prayers, rituals, baths, and attunements are understood here as movements of alignment. Each practice carries a direction, a meaning, and a way of acting in the unseen.
More than performing gestures, it is about noticing what shifts when there is a connection with the sacred.
Because not everything is resolved through thought.
Some experiences are reorganized in the field of energy.
BEGIN
There are words that move through time
because they continue to support those who speak them.
This space brings together prayers that serve as points of support —
in moments of fear, doubt, silence, or the need for comfort.
It’s not about repeating for the sake of repeating.
It’s about finding, in the word, a place of connection.
Prayer, here, is not an obligation.
It is a possibility for connection.
Where words reveal what the unconscious suggests.
This space is born from the meeting between writing and deep listening.
Here, literature is not just reading — it is a way of accessing subjectivity.
Texts, authors, and ideas become symbolic mirrors, capable of revealing conflicts, desires, repetitions, and inner constructions.
Psychoanalysis enters this field not as a distant theory, but as a lens for understanding human experience.
A space for those who wish to think, feel, and interpret their own story with more depth.
Images of the sacred also speak.
This space brings together symbols, figures, and expressions of faith
that cross different traditions — including the syncretism that is part of our culture.
More than names or stories, what matters here is what each image moves, represents, and awakens.
Faith, in this context, is not imposition.
It is language.
And each person connects with it in their own way.
Title: Paths That Do Not Begin Here
Some presences do not arrive — they continue. They move through time, experiences, and the cycles of the soul.
They do not always show themselves clearly. Sometimes, they are just a constant sense of companionship, a quiet wisdom that guides without imposing.
On my path, this presence reveals itself as an ancestral force. Contained, deep, and steady in its direction.
It is not about ready-made answers, nor absolute certainties about what was or what will be. But about a sensitive awareness that life is not limited to what is visible.
There are processes that extend beyond a single experience. There are learnings that continue, reorganize, and transform.
And, above all, there are reconciliations.
What was once an interruption can, at another moment, become continuity.
What was pain can reorganize itself as presence. What once felt incomplete finds new ways to be expressed.
This awareness does not bind me to the past — it anchors me in the present.
And it is from this place that I guide my work: with respect for what cannot be fully explained, but also with responsibility for what is lived here and now.
Not everything needs to be named. But it can be felt, integrated, and given new meaning.

Here, listening is an invitation — not a clinical intervention.
To support without invading. To listen without leading. To offer paths, not destinations.
Each space here is connected — because no experience happens in isolation.
